Do I need to create an account to purchase?

Yes it is required. In order to purchase any of the health screenings that we provide here in Healtopedia, it is necessary for you to create an account. You could easily create your account in Healtopedia under the “My Account" section at the top left bar of the website.

Note that you will be automatically directed to the “My Account" page in any case where you have just about to proceed to payment process in the “Checkout" page without logging in to you account.

How do I check and make changes to my account?

You can simply view your account by clicking on the “My Account" tab on the top bar of the website. There are various of options where you can manage your account. Below are a list of features that you can do:

What should I do if I have forgotten my password?

An email will be sent to your email address that you have given and that is linked to your username which contains the link to reset your password. By clicking on the link given in the email, you may just simply enter your new password to your account and you are good to go.

My Payment

Can I add any more packages to an existing order?

Prior to payment, you may continue to add more health screenings you would like to purchase. Once you’re satisfied with your cart, you may proceed to the secure payment processing page.

If you would like both orders to be completed on the same day, you may contact [email protected] to change the date of any of your orders.

Can I refund or reschedule my order?

Any request for refunds or reschedule you would like to make for your order must be informed to us within three (3) working days from the date of purchases made via credit / debit cards on Healtopedia. The requests will require up three (3) working days for approval.

Any refunds made will be remitted back to your original payment method. The refund will be reflected in 21 working days.

How do I redeem my coupon code?

If you had received a coupon code for Healtopedia, that means you are able to receive special offers or discounts to certain health screening(s) according to the coupons terms and conditions

In order to redeem the coupon code, you could start by simply select the health screening that you would like to purchase from Healtopedia. After you have finished, proceed to the “Cart" or the “Checkout" Page by clicking the shopping bag icon on the top right corner,

To apply the coupon, just simply submit the code in the empty field designated for the coupon and just click “Apply Coupon"

What payment methods are available to perform transaction?

There are several payment methods that are available in order to perform transaction in our website. Below is a list of payment methods that are available:

  • Cash (Pay at the Hospital)
  • Online Banking (FPX)
  • Debit Card (Visa and Mastercard)
  • Credit Card (Visa and Mastercard)

It is unnecessary for you to create a Paypal Account as all customers may simply proceed with the option to just “Pay with Bank Account or Credit Card" instead, it is the option where customer may proceed with payment with either Credit or Debit Card.

Why has my credit/debit card been declined?

Please try to ensure that your debit / credit card is eligible and authorized for online payment. You may try contact your bank on any information regarding to this issue.

Why isn't my coupon code working?

My Booking

How far in advance should I make the booking for the packages?

We would like to suggest for customer to make their booking in about 1 weeks before the actual desired date of their choosing for the health screenings they have selected and purchased.

This is suggested as the whole process requires us to contact the hospital who sells the health screening to confirm their staff and doctors for their schedules for the appointment and for the hospital to them to process everything that is necessary such as the legal documents and more.

How to do the booking process

The booking process is required for every user who has purchased health screenings from Healtopedia. After finishing with the payment process in Healtopedia, the user will be lead to the booking webpage in Healtopedia.
They may start to create the booking for their appointment by filling out the following fields:
  • The date and time of their appointment
  • Their full name
  • Their IC or Passport Number

Regardless on how many health screening you have purchase, you are required to choose just one booking appointment while our staff at Healtopedia will require to make arrangements and settlement with the hospital that provides the health screening. Our staff in Healtopedia will keep reach out to contact you for more discussion for the booking

A booking confirmation will be send later through email to inform the user that their booking has been approved.

What documents are required to bring upon arrival?

Locals are required to several important documents once they have bought their health screening, set up their booking and arrived at the hospital for the health screening. Necessary documents to bring are listed down below:

  • Identity Card (IC) upon arrival for their appointment
  • Photocopy of their Identity Card (IC) upon arrival for their appointment
  • Email/Receipt of your health screening
  • Booking Approval Email

Foreigners are only required to bring their Passport upon arrival for their appointment at the hospital.

When would I know the confirmation of my appointment?

After purchasing your selected health screening and confirming the time schedule/appointment for your health screening from our website, it will require some period of time to contact the hospital for making an appointment with the health screening you have purchased. An email will be sent to the email address that you have given and filled out during the booking process. That email given will consist of the listed things down below:

  • Appointments: The time and date you have set for the health screening
  • Full Name: The full name that you have given
  • IC/Passport: The IC or Passport Number you have given

Make sure to check your inbox in your email address. The email might be transferred to your “Junk" or “Spam" folder in your inbox.

In every hospital page, we provide a button to view the health screenings from the hospital’s official website where you can get more information and details regarding to the hospital and the health screenings

Why are certain products are missing?

Certain products that you may have encountered and purchased might be missing from the website due to certain changes and decision that were made by the staff of our company and from the hospital that was offering the health screening.
